In this virtual 6 week program, we learn how to utilize dance as a tool to unlock a deep transformation that results in rediscovering yourself and your innate power. Dance To Heal helps recover from burnout, release control, cultivate joy, get grounded in the body, embrace anxiety, and gain control over the nervous system - all through the modality of dance. Included are bite-sized informative modules to help further integrate the connection of dance and mindfulness. Through self-paced lessons and virtual group connection calls, Dance To Heal uses the primal language of dance to process, accept, and embrace the present moment so we can finally let go of the pressure and find simple joy in our everyday lives.
